This enables immediate access to files using comprehensive search criteria, which is customised for you.

 

 

Categorise Your Documents

The records management component enables files to be further categorised using file classifications and keywords, which you choose.

 

You’re also able to categorise documents using a five tier filing structure e.g. Workstream / Function / Tasks and sub-tasks. This allows you to define your search to find the specific document faster.

 

Files can also be directly linked to projects, tasks and or clients; this allows you to find documents according to jobs.

 

Search with Your Terms

You decide how files are categorised and labelled. Using your organisation’s terminology in the search terms allows your staff to quickly find documents.

 

It also lets individual departments search using terms they use, and eliminates the need for any new standardised terms across the organisation.

 

 

Multiple Document Versions

In addition to making it easy to retrieve and store documents, AuthoDox EDRMS allows for new versions of a document to be created and stored.

 

Staff can constantly update documents as they need without destroying the original documents. Making it more efficient to modify documents for any new tasks and, or policies.

 

The version number is automatically incremented and each version is retained as a separate document. When a document is opened the user will be advised if it is not the latest version, eliminating confusion on which document is current.

 

With the document version feature keeping track of modified documents is a breeze as additional projects, standards and policies are introduced.
