Peter Grainger - Founder, Director, Innovator
An IT pioneer for legal firms in New Zealand, Peter started out as a junior clerk in a country law practice. Following a brief period in the Justice Department, Peter moved into computing and developing word processing applications.
He was later appointed as the National IT manager for one of New Zealand’s big five law firms. In that role, Peter’s unique insight, understanding legal operations and creative thinking enabled him to steer the firm into the electronic age, implementing electronic library and litigation support systems.
With the experience gained in those roles, Peter and fellow director Kirsty combined their knowledge and experience into developing what has now become AuthoDox – a complete document solution to meet New Zealand legal and government requirements.
Kirsty Grainger - Founder, Director, "Oracle"
At the backbone of AuthoDox programming is Kirsty, affectionately described by staff and clients as "the Oracle". Kirsty's expertise in development is rare and trails a long history in programming, since the IT industry's infancy in New Zealand.
Her ability to create sophisticated software and to successfully train clients to use the software in 'non-developer lingo' is a unique skill held by few software engineers. Time and time again, Kirsty’s advice and expertise is in demand.
Zoe Doole - Business Manager
With a big picture outlook Zoe is able to walk into any business and see potential for streamline improvement. She has worked at AuthoDox for 7 years, and with a background in office management can appreciate the demands of high-end corporate workplaces.
Zoe's expertise streamlined the 'Fix-it' service which requires an absolutely perfect outcome, every time. She also conducts the training for new AuthoDox users. This role requires a empathetic emphasis on training users of all backgrounds which is seamlessly incorporated into training sessions.
Peter King - Product Specialist and Customer Liaison
Peter King is your first port of call for all things AuthoDox and office-related. He liaises and advises to help tailor solutions to each unique workplace, effortlessly handling all queries from new and existing clients. Peter's role also includes promoting AuthoDox to the world.
Both in the office and out on the road, Peter keeps on top of everything and always has time to talk.
Peter takes pride in passing on complex information in an approachable and friendly manner.
